Why do you charge a processing fee?
We receive hundreds of submissions for this prize. Checking every submission and selecting our winners is extremely time consuming and requires certain resources to be carried out in an efficient manner. Its very important to us that every submission is handled with care and is evaluated equally. For this reason we require a processing/admin fee.
How can I pay my Entry Fee?
You can pay online using Paypal or your credit/debit card.
Are there any additional fees after I pay the initial handling fee?
Definitely not. We have organized this prize because we are interested in finding new talent from all over the world, and in providing equal exposure opportunities to these artists regardless of what representation they may or may not have.
The artist selected for our residency will have all their transportation, flight, accommodation as well as some meal costs covered. We will also select a few shortlisted artists to display their work in a group exhibition. The only costs for this will be to get their works to our galleria in Tuscany. Any work that is not sold after the exhibition will be transported back to the artist at our expense.
